GENERAL
Hair is included in All Services: #1,#1b,#2,#4 are kept on hand. For any other color, please text 843-864-9293, include your Name, desired style, desired color, and desired date.
For shorter haired clients, please text a photo of your hair in its washed, blown out state to determine if stylist will be able to grip your length.
REMAINING BALANCE
Remaining balance payment is ONLY ACCEPTED IN CASH. Please be sure to have cash on hand as your stylist will not make or allow for “ATM Stop” accommodations. No electronic payments will be accepted for the remaining balance payment.
ADD-ON SERVICES
Clients may select desired braid add-ons before checking out. Cost for add-ons will be added to the final balance due at completion of service. Please be mindful of the add-on services you've requested when preparing cash for your remaining balance.
DEPOSITS
All appointments require a non-refundable, non-negotiable $50 deposit which will be applied towards the full cost of your service. Deposits MUST be paid via Apple Pay to 843-864-9293 immediately after requesting a booking appointment. Please be sure to include your Booking Request Number along with your name.
Once deposit has been paid, you will receive an email/text advising that your booking has been accepted. ONLY THEN HAS YOUR APPOINTMENT BEEN CONFIRMED. Please be mindful delays in paying your deposit could result in another deposit-ready client booking your desired slot.
PLUS ONES
There are no additional parties allowed during your appointment; this applies to children and adults alike.
For child appointments, neither parents nor additional children will be admitted to "sit in" during service.
LATE & NO-SHOW POLICY
All appointments allow for a 15 minute grace period ONLY with an Late Fee of $20 . At 20 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your service will be cancelled, no refund for deposit will be provided. The first occurrence you may request a new appointment and submit a NEW DEPOSIT. If there is a second occurrence, you will no longer be able to book with SlaughtRHaus.
Failure to arrive at your appointment without notice will result in both forfeiture of deposit and being blocked from booking with us in the future.
Lastly, please be mindful your stylist will take their time to produce the best result for you! Be sure to clear your schedule as we take pride in our work and will not rush!
